Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers have been at the forefront of legendary Rock and Roll bands for over 48 years with their catalog of nearly 2 Dozen top 40 hits ranging from “Stop Draggin’ my Heart Around” and “Free Fallin’” to the youthful pop/punk masterpiece “American Girl”. Pure Petty pays tribute to these and more of Tom Petty’s classic hits that have woven themselves into the fabric of our everyday life.

While we lost Tom in 2017, his spirit, energy and sheer love of Rock & Roll live on in the performances of Pure Petty, delivering the premier Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers experience. Pure Petty's shows can make even die-hard fans feel like they are at an actual Tom Petty concert. Close your eyes and you won't know the difference. Open them and you still might be fooled! Their homage to Stevie Nicks / Tom Petty duets on songs like “Stop Draggin’ My Heart Around” and “Insider” are spot on and mesmerizing!

Pure Petty was formed in 2019 by lifelong, accomplished musicians hailing from the Philadelphia area with Jimmy Mannix (Tom Petty) on Guitar and vocals, his brother Joey Mannix (Stan Lynch) on Drums, Kathy Mattson (Stevie Nicks) on Vocals, Frank Sonsini (MIKE CAMPBELL) on lead Guitar, Mike "Doc" Meltzer (BENMONT TENCH) on keyboard and Chuck Darrow (RON BLAIR) on Bass. All are accomplished, experienced musicians whose ability to recreate the music of Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers with precision, and detail is uncanny. All their parts are intensely studied, right down to the most minute inflections from the way each word is sung, note that’s played or chord that’s struck.
